First Saturday Sampler

For the last year I have been going to my local quilt shop each month to participate in the First Saturday Sampler.  February was the last month for this quilt.  It isn't completely assembled yet but I do want to share some of it at this time.  All the blocks turned out great but I want to show you some of my favorites.

This has to be my most favorite.  No particular reason except that I just like it.

Here is another block I really like.

And this one too!

So those are my 3 favorites!  I have to quilt center assembled and I am working on the borders.  The borders are going to be a challenge I am sure.  But anyway I wanted to go ahead and show you what is done.  I think I need a bigger design wall since the corner of my ironing table got in the picture.  I think I will really like this quilt when it is finished.

Well, back to work on those borders.  There are going to be 4 borders total with one of those being a pieced triangle border.  Wish me luck with that one!

Hope you are having a great weekend!  See you soon!

Those blocks look beautiful (and complicated). BOM is a good way to approach such a project!
