Early Christmas!

We are having an early Christmas this year. The kids will be here this evening to open gifts and go out for dinner. Seems like everyone is so busy this year that it is just too hard to get together.

I went to town today to try and finish up some of my Christmas shopping. I really detest Walmart but that is about the only place to shop around here. I had planned on going to the mall in Clarksville today but it seems the case of bronchitis I have been fighting is still lingering. I just have a couple of gift cards to pick up and I will be finished. I don't need those until after the first of the year thankfully. How are you doing on your shopping?

Hope you are having a good day!

Rhonda

Greetings Rhonda! My little grans are one and under so I'm waiting for next year so that they will really appreciate things......LOL...the adults are getting their favorite dishes and sweets. We'll have warm conversation and watch the little girls crawl and toddle around....so I'm saving for next year. Take care and Merry Christmas!

This year I was really stumped on what to get for the grandkids. They range in age 8 to 24--9 of them are boys. I decided on cash, that way they can combine other cash gifts and get what they want. Adults are getting cash too. Its the first time I am doing this but I simply am stumped. Enjoy your early Christmas and have a happy & healthy New Year

Hope you enjoyed your time as much as I did. I love it when they come, love while they are here and actually I am getting to love it when they return home!! I am a tired Nana after our babies left today! Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas, Rhonda! How nice to have a link back to you so I could check you out! You link in a sidebar to one of my secondary blogs. My main one is chock full of free things and tutorials...come on over and visit some time. PS. I've gotten some of those awful male commenters, too! It is just not right, I so agree! I do comment moderation on 3 month or older posts, usually they want advertising and link backs and I snuff them out, quick! Also, requiring the little numeric code cuts down on the repetitive robot comments, Happiest of Holidays and Happy New Year, too!!!
